Manager, TJ, realised the power of food when he started making dishes at home and witnessed how sharing a meal brings people together. He continued to follow this passion and in 2015 became a Chef. He believes simple ingredients, treated with respect when combined, will always create a great dish with your own touch of uniqueness added.

The whole team is passionate about food and constantly driven to bring new and unique flavours to the menu for customers to enjoy. A new desire to work as a bartender means you will often find TJ behind the bar honing his new skills and crafting exceptional cocktails.
