After 25 years of cooking Western and European cuisine, Chef Daniel was ready for a change. A culinary exploration through Southeast Asia sealed the deal, and Jin Jin opened its doors in Matakana in 2016, offering a fresh take on the bold, aromatic dishes of the region.
