Returning to New Zealand to be with his family during COVID-19, Gwynn didn’t plan on permanently relocating to his hometown. At the time he was living in San Francisco, working on global workplace programs and overseeing the roll-out of office spaces across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific for companies such as Stripe and Amazon.
However, not long after arriving back in Matakana, he and his wife realised they wanted to raise their family where he grew up. Only one piece of the puzzle remained - how could he translate his experience gained working overseas to the New Zealand market?
A fateful meeting between Gwynn and the team at STILL, best known for owning World of WearableArt, Kings Plant Barn, and Metro Magazine, led to a powerful partnership.
