Deepening the union of art and empowerment, Inspire Isle will be running inspiring Art Workshops at Bali Garden through January 2024. These 1.5 hour sessions merge artistic expression with psychological empowerment, guiding participants through visualisation and reframing to kindle creativity, shatter self-doubt, and foster self- expression - a sanctuary for healing and growth, in time for the new year!
