Growing up in the Kaiwaka/Mangawhai region and completing a pharmacy degree at Otago University, Zoe's career initially led her through various roles in the pharmacy industry. Yet, despite her successes, Zoe felt frustrated by the limitations of her role as a pharmacist and was motivated to follow her passion for holistic health.

With a sense of disillusionment surrounding her experience with the mainstream medical approach to health and driven by her keen interest in exploring natural health options, Zoe embarked on a new path. Drawing inspiration from her own health journey, she pursued further studies in natural health, obtaining a nutrition certificate followed by a degree in naturopathy.

With a holistic approach, Naturopathy focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of imbalances in the body, utilising the healing power of nature through herbal medicine, nutrition, and high-quality supplements when required.

It was during this transformative period that Elevate came to life. Balancing her naturopathy studies online and her duties as a pharmacist, Zoe recognised the need for accessible natural health solutions in her local community. Elevate seeks to fill this gap by offering personalised naturopathic consultations and a commitment to holistic healing.
