Community Spirit Thrives

In the heart of Point Wells, Jodi Sterling continues to weave together real estate expertise with genuine community connection. A resident for over a decade, Jodi is an integral part of the coastal community's fabric.

Working from the Point Wells Bayleys office alongside her dedicated team, Amanda and Anna, their open-door policy has built somewhat of a community hub, where longstanding residents and newcomers regularly stop by for a friendly chat over coffee.

Committed to community support, Jodi and her team contribute to local initiatives like the Warkworth & Districts Croquet Club, Point Wells Community Library, Leigh School's Garden to Table program, and the Point Wells Crier.

Their involvement extends to local events, including the standout Halloween celebration, achieving record attendance this year. Families enjoyed face painting, trick-or- treating, and a walking parade led by the Matakana Volunteer Fire Brigade, as the event concluded with a social gathering at Point Wells Bowls Club.

Looking ahead, Team Sterling will host the annual Christmas letterbox competition, launching Sunday 1 December. This cherished tradition culminates with a festive gathering at the Point Wells Club on Friday 20 December, celebrating creativity in categories like People’s Choice and Supreme Winner.
